2. Rachel Andrea encourages us to get to know our customers.
Having customers is great, repeat customers even better, but actually knowing your customers – what makes them tick, take action, and more – is the key to building a successful business. Rachel says:

3. Téa at Story Bistro reminds us of 7 basic story types & why they matter to our marketing.
Storytelling is something people have been doing for ages. Téa says:

It’s how we connect to each other, find our “tribe” and learn our way around the world.
You know this. I know this.
But most of us aren’t consciously using storytelling to market our businesses…
